To ensure an exceptional experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review our venue policies before your visit.

Reservations & Minimum Spend

• Advance reservations are highly recommended and are subject to availability.

• DREAM operates on a minimum spend per person, fully redeemable against food and beverages from our à la carte menu.

• Minimum spend varies depending on the seating category, date and special events.

• Front Stage seating is available at a premium minimum spend. All other table requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Confirmation & Deposits

• A deposit of AED 200 per person is required to secure a reservation.

• Reservations must be confirmed with the required deposit within 24 hours of the booking request.

• Deposits are deducted from the final bill on the evening of your visit.

Cancellation & Amendments

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reservation are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.

• No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the AED 200 per person deposit.

• Rescheduling: Guests may request to reschedule their reservation, subject to availability. The new booking will be subject to the minimum spend requirements and standard venue policies applicable on the newly selected date.

• Special Events: Separate cancellation, refund and rescheduling policies may apply during special events and festive occasions.
  
  

Arrival & Show Timings

• Doors open at 8 PM.

• Live performances begin around 10 PM and continue until 1 AM.

• Guests are encouraged to arrive before the performances begin to enjoy the full DREAM experience.

• Tables may be released if guests arrive more than 20 minutes after their confirmed reservation time without prior notice.

• Following the show, guests are invited to enjoy our DJ-led after-party until late.

Dress Code

DREAM embraces an Elegant Chic dress code.

Elegant dresses, stylish eveningwear, tailored trousers, smart shirts and sophisticated footwear are recommended. Traditional national attire and abayas are welcome, however, niqabs are not permitted.

Sportswear, shorts, running shoes, beachwear, flip-flops and overly casual attire are not permitted.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who do not comply with the dress code.

Age Policy

DREAM is strictly a 21+ venue. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. A valid original government-issued photo ID may be requested upon entry.

Photography & Filming

Personal photography and short videos are welcome, provided they do not disturb other guests or interfere with performances.

Professional photography, commercial filming and the use of professional equipment require prior approval from management.

Flash photography during performances is discouraged to ensure the comfort and safety of our artists and guests.

DREAM regularly conducts photography and video shoots throughout the evening for marketing and promotional purposes. Guests may therefore appear in photographs or videos captured during their visit.

Guests who prefer not to be photographed or filmed are kindly requested to inform management upon arrival so that reasonable arrangements can be made to respect their preferences.

Arrival & Valet Parking

DREAM Dinner Show has its own dedicated entrance at Address Beach Resort, JBR, accessible via a separate driveway leading directly to the venue’s main doors, independent of the hotel lobby.

For a seamless arrival, we recommend guests proceed directly to the DREAM entrance rather than the hotel’s main lobby.

Complimentary valet parking is available at the DREAM entrance, subject to availability.

Smoking Policy

DREAM is a smoking-permitted venue, with smoking allowed throughout the premises. We offer a selection of premium cigars from our dedicated cigar menu. Please note that shisha is not available.

For guests who prefer a less smoky environment, our team will do its best to accommodate seating requests away from smoking tables, subject to availability.

However, DREAM does not have a designated non-smoking area, and a completely smoke-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Management Rights

DREAM reserves the right to amend its policies, entertainment programme, seating arrangements and operating hours when required.

Entry remains at the discretion of management, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
